Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you submit through our funding inquiry forms (name, business name, email, phone, requested amount, time in business, revenue, credit range), documents you upload (bank statements, tax returns, IDs, leases), and metadata generated automatically (IP address, browser, page URL, referrer).

2. How We Use It

To evaluate funding eligibility; package and submit your file to third-party institutional lenders we work with; communicate offers, stipulations, and status; deliver service emails, SMS, and calls about your inquiry; comply with anti-money-laundering, OFAC, and state-licensing rules; and improve our products.

3. Who We Share It With

Institutional lenders, capital partners, and syndication participants when matching or submitting your file. Service providers (cloud hosting, email, SMS, analytics, document storage, identity verification) under confidentiality. Regulators, law enforcement, or counsel when required by law or to defend our rights. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Retention

Submissions are retained for the longer of 7 years (recordkeeping) or as required by lender, capital partner, or regulator. You may request deletion subject to those obligations.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is role-restricted and audited. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Choices

Email opt-out via the unsubscribe link in every commercial email. SMS opt-out by replying STOP. Call opt-out by request to underwriting@summitprivatecredit.com. Access, correction, and deletion requests honored as required by law (CCPA, GDPR where applicable).

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use first-party cookies for session management and aggregate analytics (Google Search Console, Google Analytics) to understand site usage. No third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

This site is directed at business principals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
